SHORT TERM STAY REHABILIATION CARE

With recovery and returning home as quickly as possible being our goal, our Short- Term Stay Center provides our patients with excellent rehabilitative care in a warm, family-oriented environment. Our clinical care teams are led by the expertise of Genesis Rehabilitation Services, recognized as a national leader in providing rehabilitation.

Our Short-Term Stay Rehabilitation program is comprised of many parts:
• A professionally trained interdisciplinary team
• Up to a 7-day customized rehabilitation therapy program as deemed clinically appropriate
• Upgraded dining service and personal touch amenities

Your Personally Customized Therapy includes:
• A treatment plan based on your personal goals
• Family and caregiver education for a smooth transition to home.

Your Comfortable Surrounding and Amenities include:
• Flat screen television with pillow speaker
• Wi-Fi capabilities, Nintendo Wii and other personal activity program choices
• Outdoor patio with Wisper-Lite swing
• Laundry service, beauty/barber shop, complimentary cable television, flat screen TV and free local phone

Mealtime is Personal at Holy Family Manor. You’ll be treated to:
• Concierge Service in the private short-term stay dining room
• Varied menu selections with homemade soups made daily
• Meals are served on table linen and china
• Coffee& tea are available at all time along with fresh fruit and snack items
